All People, no matter what their particular background or situation are deserving of being treated with dignity at all times. We are not opponents, we are neighbors in town and life.

Family life and all it's interests, protection and promotion should be the #1 priority in decision making for all things in Ashley.

With the continued population resettlement into not only Ashley but the entire Wyoming Valley and more, we must prioritize finding ways to integrate more diverse people into the area. This must be done in a way which also protects the culture and traditions of the area. Local culture is our legacy and it needs to be celebrated and preserved.

We should be doing everything possible to promote private entrepreneurship, and personal proprietorship in Ashley. It is these types of business which allow a community to thrive. Under no circumstances will I support any action which allows a large corporate entity to threaten local business or to make Ashley beholden to its presence or interest.

We are all stewards of the land. I support and will continue to support the use of our land in responsible, purposeful, and careful ways. We owe it to the future to preserve undeveloped grounds.

Fiscal responsibility is of utmost importance to all of us. We must be willing to invest properly in the needs and well being of our town and our citizens as necessary. We cannot allow ourselves to be blinded by rhetoric or ideologies which put bottom line as the only measuring stick. That being said, the financial strain of taxation fatigue is very real and all expenditures must be weighed with great wisdom and prudence.
